Channel ownership

Channel can have 'owners', who can:

• kick members

• change channel's user limit

• make channel private

When creating channel, you are the channel owner. When previous owner leaves channel, new one is selected from users in that channel.

Channel owner can have a badge (default ⭐) added to his name to show the owner of their channel. You can also see who is the owner by using /channel command.

Owner badges require MANAGE_NICKNAMES permission.
