Only members with either ADMINISTRATOR, MANAGE_GUILD or MANAGE_ROLES permission are considered admins, and can edit Voicezy's configuration.
To change bot's config, send a command: /config
The response should look like this:
The bot created an editor session, open it by clicking the redirection button. You should see this:

The editor provides emoji picker to select prefixes.
The 'starting' channel, joining creates new channel

After saving your config, copy generated command and paste it into Discord. Your new config will be shown for you to verify saved data and required permissions.
